Office Updates

Current Policies & Appointment Requirements

• Both patients and employees are still required to wear masks in our office no matter your vaccination status. Healthcare facilities are still mandated to carry this requirement as per NYS.  
• We are requiring appointments for our optical department. This includes appointments for picking out new frames, ordering new lenses, adjustments, and repairs, and picking up orders. As with many other industries, we are currently working with limited staff in our optical department. Having previously scheduled appointments ensures that our staff can see you in a timely manner without sacrificing your level of care. If you do walk-in without an appointment, we will accommodate you the best we can, but those with appointments will take priority so there may be a wait. 
• Please be aware that due to limited staffing and ongoing delays with our labs, orders placed with our optical department are currently running on a 3-4 week wait time. We promise that we are doing the best we can to process your orders and get everyone in to pick-up their new glasses as soon as we can!
• Please be aware that we are currently looking at 4-6 week wait times for routine exams for all of our doctors.
