Current Policies & Appointment Requirements
- Both patients and employees are required to wear masks in our office no matter your vaccination status. If for some reason you are unable to wear a mask, we will do our best to see you before or after regular hours to minimize exposure to other patients.
- We have reevaluated when appointments are required for our optical department. Adjustments, repairs, and pickups do not require appointments and can be done at any time during our operating hours. We are still requesting appointments to pick out new frames, order new lenses, or if you need a pair of lenses cut to fit. These appointments take more time and attention than a simple pickup or adjustment, so scheduling these in advance makes sure that you receive the best care possible and are seen in a timely manner.
- Please be aware that due to limited staffing and ongoing delays with our labs, orders placed with our optical department are currently running on a 2-4 week wait time. We promise that we are doing the best we can to process your orders and get everyone in to pick up their new glasses as soon as we can!
- Please be aware that we are currently looking at 3-5 week wait times for routine exams for all of our doctors.
